PRIMARY FUNCTIONS: The Executive Assistant should be pro-active and a self-starter who provides high-level administrative support to company executives by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings for executives. Additionally this position would assist the HR and Engineering departments when time permits or need dictates.

Education: Bachelor Degree from an accredited institution (preferred).
Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to senior management.
Connfidentiality: Sensitivity to confidential matters.
Skills: Requires excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, project management, and problem-solving skills with impeccable mujlti-tasking abilities. Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties.
Other Skills: Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm specific programs and software. Friendly and professional demeanor.

This is largely a sedentary role, however some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend and stand as necessary.
