The Customer Service Representative Lead will be responsible for providing customer service assistance and guidance for their assigned site. The Customer Service department handles all customer requests, order entry, running daily reports and works closely with all departments to ensure all customer requests are handled in a timely manner.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
Experience: 1 to 3 years preferred.
-Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
- PC, leadership, and planning skills helpful.
-Experience in AS400, SAP, Word, Excel and, PowerPoint preferred.
-Experience with warehouse paperwork preferred.
-Candidates may be required to operate a Clamp truck/forklift and to successfully complete the forklift training program.
