  • Overview

    PRIMARY FUNCTION: The Customer Experience Analyst will be responsible for delivering a positive and professional customer experience through the measurement, data management, and governance of customer data to provide insights to US Cold to optimize and grow customer relationships.


    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    Customer Experience Analyst daily requirements:

    • Gather and synthesize data to create customer specific reports
    • Analyze and create sales reports and market feedback from internal and external sources to identify key issues, trends, opportunities, and growth for use in business development and program management
    • Support day to day relationship with customers in concert with designated Business Development professional
    • Respond to RFPs, Proposals, and Business Reviews for customers
    • Perform analysis and conduct research to provide data for insight into key customers and the cold chain industry
    • Identify, report, and monitor relevant KPIs  
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key business liaisons
    • Utilize data from disparate systems including TMS, WMS, CRM, and Tableau to provide cohesive reporting

    Education:  Bachelor's Degree

    Experience:  Minimum of 1 year business experience or equivalent.  Experience in supply chain, transportation, warehousing, and/or food manufacturing is desired.

    Specialized Knowledge:  MS Office - Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.  WMS, TMS, data visualization, or CRM tools desired.

    Special Skills:  Detail and customer service oriented.  Organization, effective written and oral communication, ability to analyze and solve problems, excellent mathematical skills.  Data analysis experience.  Excellect communication skills.

    Other:  Customer-centric with the ability to balance both customer benefits and business financials effectively.
