The Operations Manager oversees the planning, development and implementation of all warehouse, office, inventory, and other department procedures and activities required to meet customer requirements, working to continually exceed USCS's facility and Company goals. Operations Managers are part of the management team and work closely with the Superintendent, Department Heads, and the General Manager. The Operations Manager is responsible for the efficient and accurate management of the facility in the absence of the General Manager. This position will also manage employee related functions, including but not limited to staffing, performance management, individual and team development, and safety, while maintaining a positive work environment.
