Primarily responsible for the maintenance and implementation of the company’s labor management system entitled the MARC program, Measuring Achievement through Recognition and Coaching. Responsible for implementing and evaluating best practices for warehouse functions, and will perform analysis of work processes to support the initiative. Employee will collect data through direct observation of work activities and through supervisory evaluations, and will report the data in various systems. Train employees in group settings and one-on-one to ensure employees understand and are comfortable with expectations. Will produce reports summarizing results and will test and validate data. May perform time and motion studies on worker operations for purposes of improving performance.
