The HR Supervisor will be responsible for advising facility management regarding personnel issues at their site. In fulfilling that function, the HR Supervisor must compare and evaluate possible courses of conduct regarding personnel issues and acting or make a decision after various possibilities have been considered. The HR Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that the human resources needs of the site is being met and will manage his/her time accordingly in coordination with site management.

Education: Bachelor Degree or 3 plus years of experience
Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of progressively responsible human resources experience. Must have the ability to provide guidance, work direction and to motivate others to obtain improved performance. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Professional knowledge and experience in human resource management including problem solving, conflict resolution skills, consulting skills, operational management skills, solid financial and analytical skills.
