    JOB DESCRIPTION: The Business Analyst will aid in requirement gathering and testing within the U.S. Cold Storage EDI, eWM and Business Intelligence environments while working with cross-functional departments. The analyst understands USCS business objectives and interprets business user requirements efficiently. This employee will primarily work closely with the programmers, each department lead and business analysts to respond to critical needs to support the business.


    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    • Understands the data model entirely behind the Warehouse Management System (WMS) iSeries DB.
    • Understands the integration behind legacy WMS and eWM data in both systems and the data warehouse.
    • Working in team a team environment where brainstorming, innovation and collaboration is critical while also maintaining personal responsibility for completion of assigned projects on time and of high quality.
    • Supporting each IT environment with any additional data needs.
    • Continue to research data engineering technologies to enhance the IT department.




    • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering or Information Systems.
    • 1+ years of experience writing SQL queries, developing Tableau Dashboards or similar programming language.
    • Must be a team player who is self-motivated and self-driving, with the ability to multi-task.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the capacity to interact and engage with a diverse group (executives, managers and SME’s).
    • Knowledge of database management, ETL, analytics and data science/engineering technologies.


    • Detailed knowledge or passionate interest in learning new technologies.
    • Strong mathematical, problem solving and organizational skills.
    • Comfortable working with required tools individually.
    • Energized by a fast-paced environment.
    • Microsoft Office experience.
