The HR Admin will be responsible for providing HR assistance and guidance for their assigned site. The HR Admin will be responsible for ensuring that the needs of the sites are being met and work to appropriate his/her time accordingly in coordination with site management.

Education: High School Degree preferred
Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of progressively responsible human resources experience. Must have the ability to provide guidance, work direction and to motivate others to obtain improved performance. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Professional knowledge and experience in human resource management including problem solving, conflict resolution skills, consulting skills, operational management skills, solid financial and analytical skills.
